Cardinal air and fixed water, fall moving into winter. Most of my references call this an extremist combination. I can’t quite see that. Both of these signs are focused on relationships. Scorpio insists on being in charge, making decisions and hardly conscious of even asking what the other party would like.
Scorpio thinks it knows. If not, they will research to find out what can be credible. Libra wants someone to make the decisions but isn’t attracted to not
being asked to discuss the situation, even though no amount of discussion will be enough to be sure. Scorpio is not able to stand the indecision. No matter what Scorpio decides, Libra will be aware of what is wrong with the decision.
Those of you having this conflict going on within yourself have a real problem. You do not have the luxury of living with the pros & cons until someone else makes the decision. You feel compelled to make the decision and then you have no one to blame but yourself when the negativities come in. Even if everyone else is happy with whatever you decided, you are still uncomfortable with what you see isn’t quite the way you would like it. Both of these signs are mentally oriented. It is the method that seems to be incompatible. Libra wants someone on the other side of the teeter totter to bounce back and forth with. Scorpio wants to research quietly and come up with a decision without discussing it until the mind is made up. “Please don’t confuse me with any more facts!” Furthermore, no explanation is necessary, especially if it is subjected to further consideration. If you as an individual are able to use both of these avenues to come to a decision without second guessing yourself all the time, you will have made a better decision. Your main problem will be letting alone the way you put it together. You will need to let go which is actually difficult for both of these signs. Scorpio hangs on because of the fixity which defends whatever it has implemented. Libra has a problem with letting go because of the embarrassment of presenting something that was less than perfect.

I’m a libra – scorpion my self… born October 23, the day of “conflicted karma” I can’t begin to explain my life. This I know is true….the fact that astrology is the truth and has been for thousands of years. It is by far the most accurate and truthful knowledge I have ever come across. Since I started studied the science (since 05′) my mental powers have sky-rocketed from the this uncut – truth…. Due to the ignorance of man astrologyhas been and still is viewed as un-important or a evil science over the years….today though, with Neptune in Sagittaurus in the years of 1970 – 1984 with a generational influence a new attitude has officially emerged and maturing in front of our very eyes. All over the world their are young men and women, rich or poor walking with a deifant personality whether you are voicing it or not, the things of old are just that…the things of old…its a new day a new time and new fearless attitudes have emerged and continue to emerge every day….I’m one of them…I am a ground breaker damn doing what another man did…the world has to evolve which means man does too……
I think your study is wrong and man will never evolve into anything. God is still dominant and always will be. So the foolishness of man has no bearing on what the bigger picture is . Accept that he must receive God.
Man. I was born on Oct 25, and I have always just associated myself with a scorpio, with a few exceptions. i tend to love the spotlight a lot. I want people to look at me. That isnt something that scorpios are known for. I also dont take charge as much as a scorpio is supposed to. I am always pretty much ok with letting someone else make the moves. But thinking back, I used that to manipulate people through those situations… Letting them choose, and “take charge” so I could have what I wanted… That is a lot like the signature arachnid. Hot and heavy, passionate, sex oriented. That is me. I am also clinically diagnosed with bipolar syndrome. My emotions are VERY VERY hard to predict. Other than my lack of secrecy, I dont really think I have shit in common with lame Libras.
I’m a cusp – born 2 weeks early – Oct 17 when I should have been Oct 31… reading anything on either set of zodiac signs, dates, cards etc there is always an overlap… glad to see the cusp defined a little better. I see the indecisiveness in myself – and the reluctant but strong leadership traits. I also see that criticism “balanced” with the perceptiveness and emotion… I read people quickly and correctly before many others even get a word out. That is a blessing and a curse. I also get in a LOT of trouble even when my words are thought out well… I have to say “don’t take this the wrong way” and “is it ok for me to be brutally honest with you”. As a Realtor, my clients actually have begun being receptive to my hypercriticism because my background in real estate growing up in 2 different aspects of it make me a better set of eyes – both of a house with issues as well as how they will fit in the house based on their personalities, needs, wants and desires. They see that I’m unrelenting at finding the RIGHT place, the one they’ll love – but I do that by stripping them naked psychologically and distilling everything they want down until that right combination of wants/needs emerges.
It is hard having a balanced nature though with such a snap and critical nature. I’m tough when sometimes I shouldn’t be …it is far easier for me to see that after the fact than during since my Scorpio blinds me sometimes to my own flaws
This is so true to me i have so many of these confllicts i thought i was just going in circles….. birth date Oct 23rd… So yes it is so very true i have found most of my balance through life not all.. I can read peoples truthfulness which has saved me in so many ways .. The start to end of a job and being bull headed makes jobs harder some times then neccesary…So heres is to more work on my end…. Its a hard venture for anyone young it was for me so good luck for parents raising children in the libra/scorpio cusp..
…………. i was born on the 29th some sites tell me im on the cusp and other tell me im not i seem to have most of these tendencies that i have read about and they seem to match me but if anyone knows exactly what the dates are and if i am on this cusp of the Libra and Scorpio or just scorpio, it would be appreciated!! thanks
Yep, I’m an October 21ster myself. I have always been of both set of signs. I am highly interactive and social, yet if I don’t run an hide out with my own thoughts every so often, I begin to loss it! A social Houdini! I am always concerned with equality in all things, balance, getting what is deserved, what is earned. I am very artistic and talented to the point that I can’t decide what to do: art, music, dance, theatre and science. I am a people watcher who also must be watched. I feel emotions; my own, others and my intuition is scary; I’ve learned to trust it. Others may consider me bi-polar or ADD, but I see it as my spirit being immensely energized and as such I have had to learn more than most how to focus that random thought and energy. I was in the ARMY which helped me in this and I’ve obtained an Electrical Engineering degree which has also aided in my ability to focus. If I could suggest anything for my sign it would be focus, organization and drive. All of these are essential to my success and I’m still working on them on any given day. Also, I love everything in three’s?

huh.. guess im not the only one who was born on the 23 that’s straight up psychotic ; ) mind is constantly in conflict, relationships are always iffy, but the drive to excel is defiantly there..
